Zoe Lance
Zoe Lance is a writer and editor, best known for her works as the head writer of The Sarah Jane Adventures and the creation of the Never Ending Universe, a collaborative offshoot of the Doctor Who universe.

Influences and Style:
Zoe has cited that her main influences for her writing are Steven Moffat, Russell T Davies and Debbie Moon. More specifically, she is inspired by Davies’ linear storytelling, Moffat’s taste for different aspects of fairytales, and Moon’s approach to character development and utilisation of secondary character roles. She is an avid supporter of the Pond era of Doctor Who and has become renowned for her passion for the character of Amy Pond.
In her short time as a fan-fiction author, she has become renowned for her imaginative and descriptive stories, but has often been criticised for her pacing issues and disinterest in proofreading.
Views:
Left-wing and an Atheist, Zoe has admitted that this could be a retaliation against her religious family.
Personal Life:
Zoe spends her free time with her family and friends she has found herself surrounded by, drafting and plotting new stories and watching lots of TV. Her favourite shows include Doctor Who, The Sarah Jane Adventures, Wolfblood and The Flash. She also enjoys running and exploring. She was raised and grew up in the London area, and is currently studying at College. Her music tastes are very mainstream, and she has been known to criticise 80s pop. Her favourite songs are Alligator Sky by Owl City, For Blue Skies by Strays Don’t Sleep and Moondust by Jaymes Young.
She has also developed a recent obsession with Pinterest.
